The fruitweb SC-FW is a full-fledged weather station that has been optimized for use in scab and pest prediction. In addition, it has a high-precision wet bulb and dry bulb thermometer, so that it can also be used in frost warnings. It is equipped with a cell phone modem and can therefore be set up wherever there is cell phone reception. The data transfer takes place every minute directly to the fruitweb Server.

Each fruitweb station is supplied with a SIM card for data transmission. This incurs costs of € 71,40 € / year (including VAT). This includes data transfer from station to fruitwebserver, data retrieval and the use of the fruitweb weather data service.
